General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Eternique Art and the customer via the online shop at eternique.art.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By submitting the order, the buyer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euros (EUR) and include statutory value-added tax. The prices valid at the time of the order apply.

§ 4 Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the buyer within the European Union. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the buyer received the product.

§ 6 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects, the buyer is entitled to subsequent performance, withdrawal, or a reduction in price.

§ 7 Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data are carried out in accordance with our privacy policy.

§ 8 Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
